Who: All children in grades 1st thru 4th (Siblings in PreK/K are welcome to attend, and must be registered).

PATHWAY CHURCH TRANSPORTATION RELEASE* (Complete only if your child will be transported home from IMPACT Kids by the Pathway Church Van.)
I hereby give permission for my child, listed above, to ride the Pathway Church van or other personal vehicles used for transport from IMPACT KiDS!. I understand that my child will be under adult supervision. I further understand that by signing this form, I release and hold harmless Pathway Church, staff, and volunteers from any liability, past or future, fully and completely. I authorize Pathway Church to transport my child to the designated location provided by me following IMPACT KiDS!.

Other than a Parent/Guardian/Emergency Contact, the following are allowed to pick up my child from IMPACT KiDS!:
During the year, Next Generation Impact/IMPACT KiDS! volunteers and staff may take photos or videos during the IMPACT KiDS! program. These may be used for promoting IMPACT KiDS! on a church website or at www.NextGenerationImpact.org.
- I hereby give my consent to Next Generation Impact and its designees to photograph and/or video record my child.
-I understand that photographs and video recordings become the property of Next Generation Impact.
-I release Next Generation Impact, its Board of Trustees, agents, employees or other representatives from any liabilities, known or unknown, arising out of the use of these materials.
-I waive any and all present or future compensation rights to the use of these materials.
-I agree that my child's photograph and/or recording may be used on any internal or external outlet for promotional activities determined by Next Generation Impact and any subsidiaries. This includees all electronic media formats now existing or in the future created.

Yes! We can have Bible Study Programs in Public School!
On June 11, 2011, the Supreme Court made this decision based on the First Amendment. The Court said that schools must allow all organizations, if any at all are allowed, regardless of activities, as long as school was not in session. This decision requires schools to respect the rights of all organizations if the school permits any other organization. Next Generation IMPACT encourages parents to support their children in making choices that are appropriate for the family.
